I've lived that journey myself.

From spending a decade behind the chair as a hairstylist to co-founding Glamsquad and helping grow it into a nationally recognized company that has delivered nearly two million beauty services, every stage of my career has required letting go of an old identity and stepping into a new one. It wasn't always comfortable, but it taught me one lesson that changed everything: lasting transformation starts from the inside out.

Today, through Peak Mode, I work with founders, executives, business owners, and high-performing professionals to eliminate what's holding them back and build the identity required for their next level of leadership, impact, and fulfillment. My work isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about creating the clarity, standards, and mindset that help you lead with confidence, perform at your highest level, and build a life that feels as fulfilling as it looks successful.
